2025 Edina Destination Guide
The Edina Destination Guide is the official resource for visitors looking to explore everything our community has to offer. It highlights Edina’s upscale mix of lodging, shopping, dining, and recreation, along with annual events and public art that make the city unique. Designed to inspire women, couples, families, and friends, the guide showcases everything from boutique shopping and luxury furnishings to vibrant cultural attractions.
This was the first time I had managed a project of this scale and complexity. By pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, I grew my skills, strengthened my creativity, and learned how to apply myself as a manager.
The Cover Shoot
Being part of the magazine cover shoot was such a fun and memorable experience. We spent the day at the Galleria and The Westin, capturing content in multiple locations and making the most of the creative process. Not only did the shoot produce a stunning cover, but it also gave us a library of extra promotional materials to use for future posts. It was a collaborative and exciting day that showcased both our brand and the vibrant community we represent.
The Profiles
Creating the business profile series was one of my favorite projects to manage. I selected which businesses to highlight, conducted interviews, and coordinated a photoshoot to bring each story to life. The series featured five themes—Shop, Taste, Refresh, Fit, and Do—each designed to showcase the unique variety within our community. This project not only spotlighted local businesses but also produced engaging, authentic content that invited visitors to experience our community firsthand.

The 2025 Edina Destination Guide was one of the biggest projects I’ve managed, taking months of planning, coordination, and creative work to bring to life. From gathering content to organizing layouts and polishing details, it was a true labor of love that pushed me to grow professionally.
